I always tell my clients, that makeup can do wonders but it's best to start with amazing skincare! Healthy, radiant skin helps makeup to sit so much better on the face and can give you the confidence to go makeup-free! Of course, there is loads of amazing skincare of the market but you can start with one simple thing...WATER. Lots and lots of water. Keeping yourself hydrated is one of the best beauty tips I can give you. My skin changed instantly the day I made a conscious effort to drink more water. I get it though...water gets boring. I've started infusing my water with different fruits and herbs that add even more health benefits and don't bore your tastebuds! Here are some of my favorite combinations and why they are so good for you!
Strawberry & Lemon: Naturally detoxifying, helps aid in fluid retention, immunity booster, high in antioxidants
Orange & Blueberry: High in vitamin C and antioxidants
Cucumber (Spa Water): Flushes out toxins, hydrating, helps aid in fluid retention
Strawberry & Mint: Immunity boosting, high in antioxidants, soothes stomach and reduces inflammation
